Registration Form Explanation
Is Your Team Sponsored: Do you have a sponsor that pays your entry fee?
Team Leader Information: We must have an email address for each of your team contacts because we will be communicating through email. We need a name for all three positions (manager, coach/captain and pledge coordinator). We recommend that you have a different person responsible for each of the positions, but it is your decision.
Team Description: Don’t be shy! Tell us who you are! Please provide a brief description of your team and members. This information will be posted on the website and included in the official program.
Previous Participation: This information will assist us with our training and scheduling programs.
Entry Fee: The out-of-town fee is lower because these teams will have to cover travel and accommodation costs that local teams do not have. As well, they are unable to take part in the training program which provides a maximum of four free practices. Youth teams are defined as participants being 19 years of age and under, and 12 years of age or older as of January 1, 2016. Out-of-town teams are defined as being from outside the boundaries of Greater Sudbury, French River, Sturgeon Falls, and Espanola. Registration closes June 30th, 2016 or when we’ve reached capacity.
